In the heart of the edgy Raval neighbourhood of Barcelona is the CCCB, an art centre whose three halls feature ever-changing exhibitions of contemporary and multimedia arts.  The centre was created to encourage discourse about the use of public space within a city and encourages the use of new forms of visual art using technology.  With regular temporary exhibitions, they also offer a number of courses activities and visits by guest speakers of international renown.

Admission is free on Sundays from 3pm – 8pm (prebooking required).  Make sure you head up to the fifth floor where you can get some spectacular panoramic views of the city with the mountains and sea as a backdrop.
